For U.S. orders, returns and exchanges are easy within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges are complimentary. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn and in original packaging. Non-returnable items include engraved, custom, half-sized, vintage, or final sale items, and gift cards.

Lay it on a ruler to measure the length up to the mark in inches. Ensure there's space between the string and your skin for a finger or two.
