We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic and international orders. For ready to ship pieces, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus shipping time. For made to order pieces, please allow 10-15 business days for processing, plus shipping time. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.
We offer the below shipping methods. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for order processing time.
US Standard Shipping
- We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the US.
- We are unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels, or military bases.
- For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipping is $30.
Expedited Shipping
- Domestic express delivery (2-3 business days, after processing) is available for a flat rate of $25
- Domestic rush delivery (1-2 business days, after processing) is available for a flat rate of $50
Our US Carriers
- Orders valued at less than $500 are shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping options available.
- Orders valued from $500 to $1499 are shipped via UPS ground. Expedited shipping options available.
- Orders valued from $1500-$2499 USD are shipped via complimentary UPS 3 Day service.
- Orders valued $2500+ USD are shipped via complimentary UPS 2 Day service, and may require a signature upon delivery.
International Delivery
- All international orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping, customs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout depending on the country. There may be delays during peak seasons, including holidays.
- You may contact your customs office for additional information. There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
