Yes! Our standard warranty covers one complimentary repair within six months of delivery, given that the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover lost items, improper storage, or modifications made by a third party.
With the purchase of our Kinn Concierge Service, coverage extends to three years from the original delivery date. Each Concierge Service covers one piece of jewelry only. If you’d like coverage for multiple pieces, please add a service for each item. Concierge Service is non-refundable.

Yes! Every Vow ring is designed as a bespoke piece, with each gemstone carefully curated to meet our high standards of quality. Yes, we offer engraving on the inside of any Vow engagement ring or wedding band for a $60 fee. You may choose between York Script or Arial font, with up to 12 characters (letters and numbers only, no special characters).
Please note: if an engraved ring requires resizing, the engraving may need to be redone, and an additional $60 fee will apply.
For Vow engagement rings, we offer one complimentary resizing of up to a full size (though we typically recommend a half-size adjustment to maintain the band’s integrity).
