Many Kinn pieces are handmade to order. Because we don't mass produce, we don't carry all possible sizes of each style. For this reason, and considering the weight of 14k solid gold and labor, there is a small fee for custom sized rings.

Custom sized and resized pieces are made to order and can take up to 10-15 business days for production, with delays during peak periods.

Custom sized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you’d like to resize a Kinn ring that you already have, please purchase this service and email us at hey@kinnstudio.com. Kinn does not provide a shipping label for resizing services.

Please note that our ability to resize depends on the piece.

When will I receive my order?

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic and international orders.

For ready-to-ship pieces, please allow 1–2 business days for processing, plus shipping time.

For made-to-order pieces, please allow 4–6 weeks for processing, plus shipping time.

Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or holidays, and processing or shipping may take longer during peak and holiday seasons. Check product descriptions for specific details, and our Shipping Details page for more information and holiday cutoff dates.

What is your return policy?

Return unworn items within 10 business days for a refund, or exchange/return for store credit within 20 days. A $20 restocking fee may apply.

Returns are $10, exchanges are free. Final sale on international, custom, engraved, half-size, and archive pieces. Check product details for exchange-only items. Stacked items must be returned in full.
