For any custom orders including engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned, but we can re-size them and offer an exchange.
For re-sizing, you're responsible to ship it back to us to our studio. Please be sure to include a memo of which size you'd like to adjust to.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic and international orders. For ready to ship pieces, please allow 1-3 business days for processing, plus shipping time.
For made to order pieces, please allow 3-5 weeks for processing, plus shipping time. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day.
We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays
Return unworn items within 10 business days for a refund, or exchange/return for in store credit within 20 days. A $20 restocking fee may apply.
Returns are $10, exchanges are free. Final sale on international, custom, engraved, half-size, and archive pieces. Check product details for exchange-only items. Stacked items must be returned in full.
