Ready-to-ship pieces typically process within 1–2 business days, while made-to-order designs take 4–6 weeks to craft. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Shipping times are calculated separately from processing, and complimentary standard shipping is offered on all domestic and international orders. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico incurs a $30 fee, and we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, hotels, or military bases. During peak seasons, processing and delivery may take longer.
