How can I clean my jewelry?
Remove jewelry when using chemicals, lotions, or during strenuous activities. Avoid extreme heat, humidity, or chlorine. Clean gently with diluted dish soap and a soft toothbrush. Air dry.
What's your return policy?
Return unworn items within 10 business days for a refund, or exchange/return for store credit within 20 days. A 20% restocking fee may apply. Returns are $10, exchanges are free. Final sale on international, custom, engraved, half-size, and archive pieces. Check product details for exchange-only items. Stacked items must be returned in full.
Does your jewelry come with a warranty?
We offer one complimentary repair within six months for manufacturing defects. It doesn’t cover lost pieces, improper storage, or third-party modifications.
