For U.S. orders, returns and exchanges are easy within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges are complimentary. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn and in original packaging. Non-returnable items include engraved, custom, half-sized, vintage, or final sale items, and gift cards.

For made-to-order pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing, plus shipping time.

What is your return policy?

Return unworn items within 10 business days for a refund, or exchange/return for store credit within 20 days. A $20 restocking fee may apply if items are damaged or show signs of wear, at our discretion.

Exchanges are free. For returns refunded to your original payment method, a $10 fee is deducted for the return label. International orders, as well as engraved, custom sized or designed, vintage, and archive pieces are all final sale. Check product details for exchange-only items. Carat (often abbreviated as 'ct') signifies a diamond's weight, not size, influencing value. While larger-carat diamonds are generally more valuable, two diamonds of an equal carat can vary greatly in price, reflecting differences in their cut, color, and clarity.

A carat weighs a fifth of a gram and is divided into 100 points, making precision in measurement essential to defining a diamond's actual weight for accurate diamond valuation.
