Easy US Returns & Exchanges

For U.S. orders, returns and exchanges are easy within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges are complimentary. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn and in original packaging. Non-returnable items include engraved, custom, half-sized, vintage, or final sale items, and gift cards.

THE PERFECT FIT

If you don't know your bracelet size, grab a tape measure, piece of string, or thin strip of paper. Wrap it around your desired wrist and mark the place where it joins. Lay it on a ruler to measure the length up to the mark in inches. Ensure there's space between the string and your skin for a finger or two. Use the chart above to match the measurement to the closest Kinn bracelet size.

What is your return policy?

Return unworn items within 10 business days for a refund, or exchange/return for in store credit within 20 days. A $20 restocking fee may apply. Returns are $10, exchanges are free. Final sale on international, custom, engraved, half-size, and archive pieces. Check product details for exchange-only items. Stacked items must be returned in full.
