For U.S. orders, returns and exchanges are easy within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges are complimentary. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn and in original packaging. Non-returnable items include engraved, custom, half-sized, vintage, or final sale items, and gift cards.

When will I receive my order?

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic and international orders.

For ready-to-ship pieces, please allow 3-5 business days for processing, plus shipping time.

What is your return policy?

Domestic orders may be returned within 10 business days of delivery for a refund or within 20 business days for store credit. Jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by order details. A 20% restocking fee may apply if items are returned damaged or show signs of wear, at our discretion.

For returns refunded to your original payment method, a $10 fee is deducted for the return label. If you choose store credit, we will cover the cost of the return label. Please be advised that once the product has been shipped, we do not refund shipping costs.
