Kinn Concierge is not insurance—it’s a jewelry care and repair service. If your piece needs polishing, cleaning, a repair, engraving removal, or a stone reset, you will already have a direct path to getting it taken care of. It’s a simple way to protect your investment and keep your jewelry looking beautiful for years to come. For just $200, you’ll receive 3 years of coverage and support. The only exception is kinked herringbone chains, which are not eligible for repair through the Concierge Service. It’s important to note that Kinn Concierge does not cover loss, theft, or disappearance. 

Simply add Kinn Concierge Service to your cart and hold onto your order number to be used in the near future! This can be purchased within 30 days of your original order and begins on the date of the Kinn Concierge Service purchase. When you're ready to use the service, simply send us an email to hello@kinnstudio.com with your order number and how you'd like to use the service. 

Please note: Each Concierge Service covers one piece of jewelry only. If you’d like coverage for multiple pieces, please add a service for each item. Concierge Service is non-refundable.

When will I receive my order?

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic and international orders.

For ready-to-ship pieces, please allow 3-5 business days for processing, plus shipping time.

For made-to-order pieces, please allow 4–6 weeks for processing, plus shipping time.

Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or holidays, and processing or shipping may take longer during peak and holiday seasons. Check product descriptions for specific details, and our Shipping Details page for more information and holiday cutoff dates.

What is your return policy?

Return unworn items within 10 business days for a refund, or exchange/return for store credit within 20 days. A $20 restocking fee may apply if items are damaged or show signs of wear, at our discretion.

Exchanges are free. For returns refunded to your original payment method, a $10 fee is deducted for the return label. International orders, as well as engraved, custom sized or designed, vintage, and archive pieces are all final sale. Check product details for exchange-only items. Stacked items must be returned in full.
