What is a comfort fit band?

A comfort fit ring is shaped with a rounded, domed interior. It moves easily over the knuckle and sits lightly against the skin. Less contact, less resistance, more all-day wearability

How do I determine my ring size?

Please use our video guide to help determine your standard ring size. Depending on the style of the ring, we may recommend you size up or down and will note it in the Details section of the page.

Can I have my piece engraved in another language?

In most cases, yes. Please reach out to us at hello@kinnstudio.com with your request, and we'll let you know what's possible.

When will I receive my order?

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic and international orders.

For ready-to-ship pieces, please allow 3-5 business days for processing, plus shipping time.

For made-to-order pieces, please refer to the Details section of the product's page for a production timeline, plus shipping time.

Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or holidays, and processing or shipping may take longer during peak and holiday seasons. Check our Shipping Details page for more information and holiday cutoff dates.

What is your return policy?

Domestic orders may be returned within 10 business days of delivery for a refund or within 20 business days for store credit. Jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by order details. A 20% restocking fee may apply if items are returned damaged or show signs of wear, at our discretion.

For returns refunded to your original payment method, a $10 fee is deducted for the return label. If you choose store credit, we will cover the cost of the return label. Please be advised that once the product has been shipped, we do not refund shipping costs.
