14k Solid Gold—Gold is a naturally soft material. Subtle marks will appear over time, embodying your many moments lived. Clean with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft-bristled toothbrush. Polish gently with a soft cloth.

Enjoy one complimentary repair within six months for any manufacturing defects. Upgrade to our Kinn Concierge Service for extended coverage. Please note: normal variations including normal wear and tear, improper care, storage techniques or third-party modifications do not fall under our warranty.

When will I receive my order?

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic and international orders.

For ready-to-ship pieces, please allow 1–2 business days for processing, plus shipping time.

For made-to-order pieces, please allow 4–6 weeks for processing, plus shipping time.

Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or holidays, and processing or shipping may take longer during peak and holiday seasons. Check product descriptions for specific details, and our Shipping Details page for more information and holiday cutoff dates.

What is your holiday return policy?

Domestic orders placed November 20, 2025 through December 31, 2025 may be returned within 30 days of delivery (some exceptions apply). Jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by order details.

A 20% restocking fee may apply if items are damaged or show signs of wear, as determined by us.

Returns are $10, exchanges are free. Final sale on international, custom, engraved, half-size, and archive pieces. Check product details for exchange-only items. Stacked items must be returned in full.
