How do I add in a picture to my locket?

  1. Open the locket gently at the side seam using your fingernail.
  2. Inside, you’ll find a small removable frame or insert. Carefully remove this piece.
  3. Trace the insert onto your photo to get the correct size and shape. For best results, we recommend printing the photo on thin photo paper so it lays flat.
  4. Cut the photo slightly smaller than the traced line to ensure it fits neatly.
  5. Place the photo into the frame and secure it back inside the locket.
  6. Close the locket gently until it clicks into place.

When will I receive my order?

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic and international orders.

For ready-to-ship pieces, please allow 3-5 business days for processing, plus shipping time.

For made-to-order pieces, please refer to the Details section of the product's page for a production timeline, plus shipping time.

Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or holidays, and processing or shipping may take longer during peak and holiday seasons. Check our Shipping Details page for more information and holiday cutoff dates.

What is your return policy?

Domestic orders may be returned within 10 business days of delivery for a refund or within 20 business days for store credit. Jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by order details. A 20% restocking fee may apply if items are returned damaged or show signs of wear, at our discretion.

For returns refunded to your original payment method, a $10 fee is deducted for the return label. If you choose store credit, we will cover the cost of the return label. Please be advised that once the product has been shipped, we do not refund shipping costs.

4 C’s

Carat

Carat (often abbreviated as 'ct') signifies a diamond's weight, not size, influencing value. While larger-carat diamonds are generally more valuable, two diamonds of an equal carat can vary greatly in price, reflecting differences in their cut, color, and clarity.

What is a carat?

A carat weighs a fifth of a gram and is divided into 100 points, making precision in measurement essential to defining a diamond's actual weight for accurate diamond valuation.

Does carat size matter?

While carat size is visually striking, a diamond’s true worth extends beyond mere size. It’s a balance of size with color, clarity, and cut.

What is 'total carat weight'?

Total carat weight (often abbreviated ‘ctw’) combines the weight of all diamonds in a piece, offering a comprehensive measure of its diamond content and value.
